SDU One is a product of SDU Tech Solutions India Private Limited ("we"). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we treat the business data your company keeps in SDU One. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What this website collects

• What you type into the demo or question form: your name, business name, email, mobile number if you give it, team size and your message.
• The page you sent it from and your IP address, to stop spam and abuse.

We use this only to reply to you and to arrange a demo. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your company's data in SDU One

The customers, invoices, stock, books, employee records and other data your company enters belong to your company. We process them only to run the service for you, and each company's data is kept separate from every other company's.

• Your company decides who on its team can see what, through roles and settings.
• Personal data of your customers and employees is processed on your company's instructions.
• You can export your reports, returns and books at any time.

The phone app

When a member of your team punches in or out from the app, the time and location of the punch are recorded for attendance. The app does not track location at any other time.

How long we keep it

Website enquiries are kept for as long as we are in touch with you, and deleted on request. Company data is kept while your company uses SDU One and for the period the law requires for books of account after that.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@sduone.com. If your data is held by a company that uses SDU One, write to that company first; we will help them answer you.
