These terms cover this website and the SDU One service provided by SDU Tech Solutions India Private Limited ("we"). A company that subscribes to SDU One also signs an order or accepts a subscription in the product; where that says something different, it takes precedence.
Using the service
- Your company is responsible for who it invites, the roles it gives them, and the data it enters.
- Keep passwords private and turn on two-step sign-in for anyone who handles money or payroll.
- Do not use SDU One for anything unlawful, or try to reach another company's data.
Your data
Your company owns its data. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your reports, returns and books at any time.
Tax and statutory output
SDU One prepares GST returns, payroll deductions, income tax workings and similar figures from the data you enter. Review them, or have your accountant review them, before you file or pay. Filing remains your company's responsibility.
Availability
We work to keep SDU One available and backed up, and we tell you in advance about planned maintenance.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
